“Shakera was scheduled to come at 1PM and was flexible and came earlier when I asked. She also stopped to pick up some things for me. She arrived on time and prepared. She went to work right away without me having to give her a lot of direction. She was easy to communicate with, smart, accommodating, professional, polite and even fun. She did everything that was needed, then went above and beyond and gave attention to detail… however she worked fast and efficiently. My house is a hard clean and she tackled it like a boss.
